Note the date of the storm. You’ll need this when the claim is filed.
Step 2:

Step 3:
We will meet with you at your residence and let you know if we suspect damage to your roof, siding, windows including window treatment and patios. If so at this point call your insurance company to file your claim and we will meet with the adjuster at your residence to assess the damage and compare notes with the adjuster. Our job is to make the process easy for you and get any damage fixed.
Step 4:
If your home has sustained damage, Drawdy Roofing & Vinyl Siding will work directly with your insurance company to assure everything is handled properly.
Never sign a work order until the damage has been assessed and the estimate has been fully reviewed with you.
Never pay anything before the job is completed
Always use a licensed contractor, why? You can be held liable for on the job injuries or insurance. Not complying with city or county codes and correcting problems are all your responsibility when not dealing with a licensed contractor. You can even be held for his/her illegal acts. Hiring an unlicensed contractor is risky business.
The insurance claims process can be frustrating and confusing. We will assist you through the steps so you can get back to your life. Our job is to handle your repairs for you. We will meet with your insurance adjuster and point out all of the damage that your roof, siding or other exterior part of your home has sustained. Getting your home back to normal as well as your insurance claim satisfied is our top priority.
